also there will be lag on this kind of supercharger because it will still have to spool. think of the pro charger as a belt driven supercharger and a turbo as an exhaust driven supercharger. they both must achieve a certain speed before they boost.
if you want a SC with the closest to zero lag then you will need to go with either a roots or screw type.
